GVT foresees a growing need for B2C deliveries

Due to the corona crisis consumers order ever more products online. Also products which are large and heavy, like radiators, air cons and garden furniture. These items cannot be delivered by a regular parcel delivery service. For a growing number of customers GVT makes, with special box trucks, door-deliveries to end-consumers.

In the renewed customer portal it can be easily and quickly indicated if the delivery is for a consumer. Subsequently GVT will send an email to the notified email address, with a track & trace link to the exact delivery time. This way, as is the case with parcel delivery services, the receiver will always be aware of the correct shipment information.
